This CD includes a fabulous concert by Marc Bolan & T-Rex, recorded live at the Macumba Club in Nantes as T-Rex played a number of small clubs in France prior to their UK Tour. The band is tight & Marc is on Top-Form! Because this was recorded in a club there is polite clapping at the end of each song, but none of the 'audience banter' which generally spoils many live recording made in the UK. There is also some wonderful pieces of chat from Marc during the gig. This CD is included as a FREE GIFT with the DVD Set.

This DVD Set is professionally produced using Menus to select the different 'Chapters'. The Double DVD Set is divided into an 'Interviews' DVD while DVD 1 covers not only a documentary-style "History of the Tree" with photographs and video taken over twenty five years from 1978 but the "Official Unveiling Ceremony" of the Bronze Bust of Marc Bolan by his son Rolan to mark the 25th anniversary of Marc Bolan's death.

MICKEY FINN'S T-REX & ROLAN BOLAN Also included is the Mickey Finn's T.Rex Gig where the band played to a crowd of over 2,000. Rolan Bolan guested at this gig and the DVD includes the fabulous footage of Rolan performing including wonderful close-ups. Also guesting at that memorable gig were Graham Oliver from Saxon and Judge Trev from Steve Peregrin Took's Horns.
